Register your team of up to 4 chefs. Register before JANUARY 5 and receive 4 commemorative tumblers for FREE. Registration includes a 40+ pound pig, 12x12 open air space to set up, and small plates for serving samples. Each team must provide their own tables, tent, and cooking equipment. At least one team member must be present at the Chef's Meeting on Wednesday, January 22 at 7pm. More details and info will be sent out at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
